Probably all is OK: If you were properly treatred (single dose azithromycin or 7 days of doxycycline) you can be sure the chlamydia is gone. It can take 10+ days for symptoms to clear entirely. If there is no change after another 3-4 days, or if still any discharge at all after 14 days, return to the doc or clinic. Sometimes additional treatment is needed, e.g. for unknown causes of NGU, trichomonas, etc.
