Sciatica & Meds: Tylenol (acetaminophen) helps some patients with sciatic symptoms. Stay below 3000mg in 24 hours. You are taking 3 different types of "neuropathic meds" (Cymbalta, Lyrica, & Amitriptyline ). The 3 meds typically target the SAME burn, stab, shooting, sharp, pins/needles pain. If any of these describes your symptoms, then talk with your provider about adjusting/streamlining these meds.

It is getting compli: When you are taking so many potent drugs, we can not advise you further without personally seeing you. So it is best that you ask your current doctor to adjust your pain medicine. Sometimes it is best to adjust the doses of the current drugs instead of adding 3 more into your current recipe.
