3 possibilities: Vaginal bleeding and cramping 11 days after your period ends is likely to be implantation bleeding as the fertilized egg implants itself into the uterus. The bleeding is very scant and usually doesn't last more than a day or two. Abnormal bleeding can also be due to hormonal causes. Early miscarriage is a possibility. Do a pregnancy test>If (-) repeat in 1 wk.Notify your Gyn about your bleeding
