Azithromicin: ...is an antibiotic, which is usually supplied as a capsule or tablet. There is a powder form which can be used to create a suspension. If using the suspension, It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach and drink an 8oz glass of water after it. Be sure to take your antibiotics until they are gone. Good luck.

Liquid: It also comes in a liquid form if you ask your pharmacist. He also might be able to compound it to a liquid for you.
