Interesting: Interesting symptoms. First thought would be degenerative arthritis of the spine but at your age unlikely. Would also consider possibility of fluid behind the ear drum that could mimic and magnify normals sounds. Best to see your doctor for an evaluation. Sorry this was not more helpful. Best of luck.
