Unclear but: Not related. The cause of pain behind the heart is not clear. It is not clear where you mean except in the back. Along the spine? It is unlikely to be GI but may be skeletal. Also the area along the elbow would be all muscular. I would doubt this is related in any way to the heart. See the local practitioner and see what the doc says.
