Usually not self cur: Venous leak issues generally are manifested by a poorly maintained erection because of premature outflow of blood from the corporal bodies through emissary veins in the corpora cavernosa. I don't understand completely your comment about the erection close to orgasm. Have you seen a urologist and it was suggested you have venous leak? I am unaware of spontaneous correction.
