My lymphocyte percentage is 43%, and my absolute lymph count is 3.2. are these high values within normal fluctuation, or could that indicate a viral infection?

Nothing to worry abo: This count can be entirely normal or may be related to a recent viral infection. Either way I would n ot worry about it unless there is some other abnormality in your blood and this count goes up further. Your age is against having any serious problem due to high (mild)lymphocycte count
