Best to ask Dr: Those numbers by themselves do not necessarily mean anything specific, as most are normal or near normal. It is also important to know the range of "normal" for the lab used as it can vary. The context of why bloodwork was done is critical in order to put labs into perspective. It is good your physician sent you a copy, so I am sure they would be happy to answer your specific questions.

Should be followed: I suspect you've met up with a virus or some other stressor. These may just be common, chaotic fluctuations in the counts of lymphs and neuts. Your physician will decide when to repeat the cbc; if you have no symptoms, your next annual office visit might be okay. If the low lymphocytes persist, a check for HIV would be in order.
