Epididymitis?: Cloudy urine usually reflects diet and fluid intake. Infection can do it, especially if also painful urination or abnormal penile discharge. Pain in a single testicle can be epididymitis, especially if there is also enlargemnt and tenderness. STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia) can cause all these symptoms. You're female, so maybe asking about a partner? If possible STD risk, both see your doctor(s) ASAP.
