G/U Symptoms: Without further history, it is difficult to pinpoint the cause. Was there any history of trauma? Did you have a viral infection? Regardless, the new onset of scrolls swelling may be a red flag that something is pressing on the lymph drainage to the scrotum, which might also explain the bowel symptoms. I would make an appointment with your doctor or a urologist to get a thorough evaluation.
