Postmenopausal Bleed: Any bleeding in a Postmenopausal woman needs to be evaluated. In your case since we don't know why you had your hysterectomy I would be concerned about bleeding from the vaginal cuff. The blood could also be coming from your bladder. Get this checked by your doctor right away.
