Lymph node: most likely from your description,it could be a lymph nodes. the other possibility,it could be a cyst from the skin,oil gland cyst. the third one is a lipoma,a fatty benign tumor,it is harmless, the best way,if you are concern about it,go and see a doctor,you get the peace of mind,or you get treated. good luck
