Mastic gum: Despite being very hyped on the Internet, mastic gum has not shown to be effective at eliminating H pylori, particularly when compared to antibiotic regimens which approach 90% efficacy. If you have indigestion or dyspepsia, it's best to see your doctor to be diagnosed as to the actual cause. Good luck.
