ARM BUMPS: Difficult to know without seeing these bumps. If they do not itch, it could be a harmless condition called keratosis pilaris. An over-the-counter cream that you can try is amlactin (no financial interest!) if it doesn't get better, see a dermatologist.

Need to know dx: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
