Impossible: It's impossible to give a definite diagnosis based on one sentence. However, I can certainly give a differential diagnosis. You could have esophageal reflux, an ulcer (esophageal, gastric or duodenal), pancreatitis, gallstones, cholecystitis, gastroenteritis (viral, bacterial or parasite), or even some kind of malignancy (which is NOT likely). You SHOULD see your healthcare provider ASAP.
