Head injury: More than likely he's fine if the phone just slipped and bonked him. Monitor him for any swelling that seems excessive, or inconsolable crying. If you have any other concerns, reach out to your pediatrician - (there's always somebody on-call) and discuss what your concerns are, they will be able to help you decide if your baby needs evaluation.
