A member asked:

I had a mma b-12 blood test done that was normal and wasn't fasting, is test most accurate when have been fasting?

Unclear info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have been useful to have the results. MMA is a urine test and B 12 a blood test and neither is affect by fasting.
