I have an ovarian cyst, how long until the pain goes away? and how will i know it has dissolved?

Depends: Most ovarian cyst resolve in 6 to 8 weeks. But if not then we need to think of , cause of the cyst. It could be part something more, and then pain does not go away. Such as it can be Endometriosis or it can increase in size or undergo torsion and then you will be in ER.
