Unlikely: These cysts may resolve in about 3 months. A sonogram is usually repeated in 3 months. I would get these evaluated frequently especially with your age.

Complex cyst: Complex ovarian cysts may occur secondary to endometriosis, a hemorrhagic cyst, or a benign tumor most commonly. The likelihood is that it is not cancer but the timing of its disappearance will depend exactly why it occurred.
