Not very likely: The most likely cause is breakthrough bleeding caused by you skipping the pill. If you miss pills then you trigger bleeding. Implantation bleeding is quite rare and only occurs when someone is pregnant. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
