Fell 2x over winter, last fall about a month ago. i am now dealing with pain from left hip to my shin that isn't improving. what is causing the pain?

Sciatica: Sounds like you are dealing with sciatica. This is pain that radiates from the hip area down the leg. Do you have any numbness or weakness in the leg? That sometimes accompanies the pain. At your age the most likely cause is a disc bulge pressing on a nerve. The diagnosis is usually confirmed with an MRI. Use acetaminophen or an NSAID in the meantime.
