How low?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your "low" sodium may still be in the normal range. It may appear to be low if you drank a lot of water before the test, had excessive sweating recently. On my blood tests I have low sodium just under the normal range and I have high random urine sodium level of 80 mmol/L. I get muscle cramping all over that gets worse with activity. Is there any conditions or disease that cause this?
