Well....: Most casinos allow people to smoke and even if you are sitting at a non-smoking table, you are likely to be exposed to secondary smoking. So, it probably is not a good idea if the health of your unborn baby is number one on your priority list.

Watch the smoking: A lot of people smoke in casinos, so you would be exposed to that, also known as second-hand smoke, which would be dangerous for the baby. It's okay to walk through the casino on your way to your room, but I wouldn't spend any more time than necessary in them while you're pregnant.
