I got an implanon inserted a year ago. I never saw any spotting during that year. Within this past month I have started to see s i took a pregnancy test to see if maybe the bleeding was because of that but it came back negative.

Have nexplanon and got prescribed just 3 Estradiol to take once per day to stop spotting/breakthrough bleeding. will the Estradiol affect the nexplanons effectiveness? Am I still protected from pregnancy?
Does the implanon cause irregular bleeding. Didn't have periods for the 1st year until the end of last year..Periods aren't regular and I spot lots. ?
