You have the answer: The easiest thing to do would be to stop eating turkey for few days. In case your symptoms persist talk to your doc, if they go away it is the meat and you can go further in trying to figure out what exactly is causing the symptoms by eating smaller portions, eat fresh home cooked/ different products by tracking preservatives, cooking type, spices, etc.
