Could be --: Do you have hearing loss? How long do you have symptoms? Other symptoms? Based on your description, there are several possibilities: vestibular migraine, middle ear infection, vestibular neuritis and labyrinthitis, etc. You should see a doctor and get an exam, rule out infection and then treat as appropriate.
