3rd trimester pain: you may just be experiencing the end of the pregnancy which includes stretching of muscles and ligaments. even if these are contractions, you are term by definition. If they increase I would seek attention to make sure you don't have any other issues with the liver since it is on the right side and may be a complication of preeclampsia.
