Sinus pain: Sounds like sinus pressure. This could be from an acute viral infection or other causes of rhinitis or sinusitis that can be protracted in nature (review these categories in the HealthTap library). OTC Afrin is a good nasal decongestant that can improve sinus drainage and relieve pressure in the short term. Do NOT use for more than a couple of days and read the label. Saline irrigation too.
