Why do i get back and sometimes chest pains when i breath in? 30yrs no illness or injury been over a month now.

Possible causes include pneumonia, blood clots in your lung, rheumatologic diseases ( SLE) , fluid around your lung ( pleural effusions many causes), broken ribs and most commonly muscle strain. See your doctor for an evaluation.
