PARESTHESIA PERHAPS?: HOW LONG HAS THIS BEEN GOING ON? THE MOST LIKELY CAUSE IS THE ZOLOFT (sertraline). TEN PERCENT OF PEOPLE WHO TAKE ZOLOFT (sertraline) DEVELOP PARESTHESIAS.

Tingling sensations: if located on one side of the body that come and go may be due to focal seizure, migraine (acephalgic) and less likely TIA (in a 27 year old) . If involving a distal body part it may be due to nerve entrapment, focal ischemia. If bilateral other issues must be considered (electrolyte disturbance, neuropathy, and hyperventilation syndrome).
