May be: A smelly white discharge when you are 6 months pregnant can be normal but is suspicious for bacterial vaginosis which has been shown to be a risk factor for pregnancy complications so you need to discuss this with the person providing your prenatal care so testing can be done and you can be treated if you do indeed have BV.
