Discuss with Surgon: It seems that she has Spinal Stenosis and Herniated Disc and has been advised Spinal Fusion with Laminectomy You have to ask this question to the Surgeon who is going to operate We can not answer your concern.It seems to be realistic if her symptoms are severe including Pain and weakness
