Anything: it could be anything,without further description,or actual picture,it will be hard to guess,but i am going to try. red patches behind the knee,and around bikini line,could be what we call a heat rash,I know it is very hot in Qatar,you can try baby powder,or athlete foot powder,to cool it off,and you might need to wear a cotton under wear that absorbed and try to air the area as much as you can.
