Hmmm...: This is a challenging question given what is presented. A localized sensation of cold in the chest could be how your body interprets pain in the region--for instance, an erosion (sore) in the esophagus or stomach may be perceived in many ways by an individual. True loss of core temperature could be a thyroid issue or low blood sugar. I would first recommend an exam and possibly chest XR to start.

Cold: Is this a chronic issue you have had for years? Any pain in your chest? Cough? Short of breath? Any rash on your chest? Change in weight? If it is a temperature issue, I would have your thyroid checked. Sorry for the delayed response and hope we can help guide you.
