?migraine: This could be a migraine episode with constriction of blood vessels causing the prodromal symptoms and then the vasodilation causing the severe headache which is usually a pounding one often accompanied by nausea. Since there are effective medications which can prevent the severe headache if taken at the early warning symptoms,it is recommended that he consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treat
