Immediate checkup: You could have anything. But anything includes serious things like appendicitis. So don't stay home with this, get checked. Diagnosis can be tricky even for an experienced physician. Blood tests and x-rays can be helpful. These, of course, are not available to you at home. Don't gamble with your health.
