When a person continues to bite the inside of their jaw does that mean the body has a deficiency of some kind ?

No: While it is annoying, biting your cheek does not indicate anything sinister. Biting causes the area to swell, which makes it.... Easier to bite again. Sometimes dental issues, how the teeth fit together, play into it.

Biting inside cheek: Occasional cheek biting is not unusual. Repeated biting of the inside your cheek may mean that you are chewing while distracted. It may be the result of misaligned teeth or a nervous habit. Check with your dentist to evaluate your bite and discuss possible remedies.
