Don't worry: It is not uncommon to occasionally have an irregular period. There are lots of things that can cause this, including emotional or physical stress, but it often happens for no apparent reason. As long as you are not bleeding too heavily, you are OK. It may take a month or so for your cycles to normalize again. If your cycles are not back to normal in 3 months, then you should see a doctor.
