my blood pressure is always low ranging from 89/45 to 105/50 is this normal if i don't have any symptoms or issues?

Normal: Low BP is good as long as it isn't due to an obvious issue such as a gunshot, heart attack, or severe infection. Many people in your age group (20s) have BP in your range - it's healthy. I suspect you may be normal to thin body weight?
