R/O HPV: HPV ARE A GROUP OF VIRUSES THAT CAUSE LESIONS ON THE VAGINAL/PENILE/ORAL/RECTAL MUCOSA. YOU NEED TO BE EXAMINED BY AN ENT AND HAVE A BX OR EXCISION IF INDICATED. SOME STRAINS INCREASE THE RISK OF CANCER.

Probably not warts: "Fleshy bumps" don't sound like warts or any other problem caused by HPV. Oral warts are rare. My guess is you're seeing natural variation in the lining of your throat, or perhaps "lymphoid follicles" -- swellings of immune system cells, often due to viral infection or allergy. If you don't have a sore throat, probably nothing is really wrong. But if in doubt, see your doctor or dentist.
