Possible UTI: Normally the stomach doesn't bother people when they have a urinary tract infection. The bladder is right about the level of your pants belt line and if that is where the discomfort is you should see a physician. Pain with urination should always be evaluated. It may be something simple. You likely have a bladder infection which can be treated.

Bladder infection: Urinary tract infections are common among females after they enter puberty. Limit sodas to two 12 oz drinks per day. Drink 1.5-2 qts/l per day of pure water. Always wipe front to back after using the toilet. Wear cotton underwear rather than synthetic panties. Go to the doctor and get treated.
