IUD insertion prob: Bleeding irregularly like you are doing and cramping are common symptoms after the IUD is inserted. A 1 month office visit after the IUD was put in is a good idea to review symptoms that may have occurred. If any symptoms get worse (bleeding, pain, smelly discharge, fever), call your doctor immediately or go to the nearest ER if necessary.
