It depends.: Stomach pains are common and often respond to simple home remedies. You can try taking some Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) (1 TBS/ two tablets. a cup of hot ginger tea with honey&/or lemon juice. Sometimes mixing 1 TBS baking soda in 8 -12 oz water may help after a big burp. If the pain persists or gets worse go to ED or doctors office.
