I had a c-section seven weeks ago i have been feeling dizzy and lightheaded for the past 6 weeks. my ob says that my bloodwork is normal. what could cause this?

Get examined: any number of things--an ear infection can make you dizzy. (you may feel like the room is actually spinning) Are you having palpitations, shortness of breath, leg pain--anything in way of chest discomfort---blood clots happen after childbirth. Get a physical exam to start with and rule out more serious things. If nothing--then fatigue! New mom! Drink plenty of liquids, and rest!

If physica exam: normal, perhaps anxiety with hyperventilation. Try alprazolam
