Light headed: Probably not due to GERD. Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is a group of disorders that affect connective tissues and may be a factor. You also may have some allergy or sensitivity to chocolate or its ingredients. Meanwhile you should completely avoid chocolate in all forms. See your doctor for a workup.
