Good idea!: Some women develop disproportionally large breasts and some women need surgery to reduce the size of their breasts. Because the majority of breast tissue is adipose tissue (fat), being thin and physical active can be helpful. Losing weight may be helpful in reducing the size and continued increase in the size of your breast. Using a trendmill daily will help you be healthier in general.
