They only cause...: Wet dreams, also called nocturnal emissions, only cause underwear stains... and nothing else. Therefore, no symptoms, disorders, or diseases may be blamed on nocturnal emissions. Numbness here and there, in young healthy individuals, after sleeping or sitting for a while, may be caused by not moving enough (which can cause pressure on a nerve for a while). There are also other causes of numbness.
