Test: Time to do a pregnancy test. If negative it could be that you are ovulating regularly. Because the lack of ovulation may cause heavy prolonged bleeding eventually it is time to see a GYN. Probably a good time to discuss birth control for both pregnancy prevention and cycle control

TAKE A TEST!: Pregnancy tests are cheap! Do one! Pain associated with lack of periods always makes us worry about ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. Unprotected intercourse increases your pregnancy risk--maybe you need to schedule a visit and find out if you are pregnant or see why you are in pain--and if you need conttaception, good chance to talk.
