Not to worry: The dose and timing of Allegra-D is not concerning. Be careful with the decongestant part as this can cause issues with high blood pressure and elevated heart rate, especially if you already suffer from underlying cardiovascular conditions.

AllegraD overdose: Call Poison Help line at 1-800-222-1222. Absorption is decreased by a fatty meal. Sx's include possible drowsiness, dry mouth, and dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, sweating, thirst, tachycardia, chest pain, palpitations, difficulty urinating, muscular weakness and tenseness, anxiety, restlessness, and insomnia. Cardiac arrhthymias, collapse, sz's, resp. failure, coma in severe cases.
